Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
- Whip using a hand mixer or whisk until thick and fluffy with stiff peaks (about 2-5 minutes).
- Fill a glass halfway with cold or hot milk.
- Spoon the whipped coffee foam on top of the milk.
- Add optional toppings and stir before drinking to combine flavors.
Notes
Use a hand mixer for best results. Sugar is key for foam stability. Add a drop of vanilla or almond extract for flavor variety.
