Cloud Coffee

Dreamy, fluffy, and easy to make—Cloud Coffee (Dalgona Coffee) is your new favorite whipped coffee drink to enjoy at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Optional: Cocoa powder, cinnamon, or vanilla extract for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  2. Whip using a hand mixer or whisk until thick and fluffy with stiff peaks (about 2-5 minutes).
  3. Fill a glass halfway with cold or hot milk.
  4. Spoon the whipped coffee foam on top of the milk.
  5. Add optional toppings and stir before drinking to combine flavors.

Notes

Use a hand mixer for best results. Sugar is key for foam stability. Add a drop of vanilla or almond extract for flavor variety.
