Ingredients

- 2 tbsp hot water (around 180°F or 82°C)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
- Whip the mixture using a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes or by hand for 10-15 minutes until you achieve stiff peaks.
- Serve the whipped coffee over cold or room-temperature milk.
Notes
For better flavor, try premium instant coffee brands. Always whip until very stiff peaks form for the best results.
