- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat from the cooked ground beef.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a simple salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
