Keto Ground Beef Casserole

A hearty and simple casserole made with ground beef, broccoli, cheese, and eggs, perfect for a low-carb diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat from the cooked ground beef.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir until well mixed.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a simple salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
