Keto Ground Beef Meat Pie

A delicious low-carb meat pie made with ground beef and riced cauliflower, perfect for the ketogenic lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in riced cauliflower, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture with beaten eggs and shredded cheese. Mix until well blended.
  6. Pour the meat mixture into a greased pie dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and the pie is cooked through.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature, perfect for family dinners or meal prep. Can be garnished with fresh herbs or sour cream.
