- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in riced cauliflower, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture with beaten eggs and shredded cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Pour the meat mixture into a greased pie dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and the pie is cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, perfect for family dinners or meal prep. Can be garnished with fresh herbs or sour cream.
