- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired before serving.
Notes
You can serve with a side salad or cauliflower rice for a complete meal. This casserole stores well in the refrigerator and can be frozen for later use.
