Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  3. Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and mix in sour cream and cream cheese until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
