Ingredients

- 2–3 tablespoons Nutella (adjust according to taste)
- 2 slices of thick-cut brioche or white bread
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
- A pinch of flaky salt (optional, but recommended)
- Sliced bananas or strawberries (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your pan on medium heat.
- Butter the outside of both bread slices.
- Add a thick layer of Nutella to the inside of one slice.
- Place the other slice on top, butter side out, and lay the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cover with a lid while cooking to help the chocolate center soften.
- Cook until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes, then gently flip and cook the other side.
- Serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding slices of fruit such as strawberries or bananas, or even a smear of peanut butter.
