Nutella Grilled Cheese

A delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese with gooey Nutella, perfect for a quick sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 23 tablespoons Nutella (adjust according to taste)
  • 2 slices of thick-cut brioche or white bread
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter
  • A pinch of flaky salt (optional, but recommended)
  • Sliced bananas or strawberries (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your pan on medium heat.
  2. Butter the outside of both bread slices.
  3. Add a thick layer of Nutella to the inside of one slice.
  4. Place the other slice on top, butter side out, and lay the sandwich in the skillet.
  5. Cover with a lid while cooking to help the chocolate center soften.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes, then gently flip and cook the other side.
  7. Serve hot, and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding slices of fruit such as strawberries or bananas, or even a smear of peanut butter.
