Ingredients
Scale
- 20 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts
- 12 to 16 large marshmallows, halved for snowman heads
- 1 cup mini pretzel sticks for arms
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips or candy eyes
- 1/4 cup orange sprinkles or small orange candies for noses
- Assorted sprinkles for scarves and buttons
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil, optional, to help with melting if needed
Instructions
- Prep the pan: Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
- Melt the chocolate: Microwave the white chocolate in 20 to 30 second bursts, stirring well until smooth. If thick, stir in up to 1 teaspoon oil at a time.
- Spread: Pour melted chocolate onto the parchment and spread into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Add heads: Press marshmallow halves cut side down for each snowman head.
- Arms and faces: Place pretzel sticks for arms. Use mini chocolate chips or candy eyes for eyes and orange sprinkles or candies for noses.
- Scarf and snow: Add sprinkles for scarves and a little edible glitter if desired.
- Set and break: Let the bark set at room temp for 30 to 45 minutes or chill for 10 to 15 minutes. Break into pieces around the snowmen.
Notes
For best results, set up toppings before melting chocolate and ensure chocolate is smooth to avoid seizing.
