Million Dollar Deviled Eggs

These Million Dollar Deviled Eggs are the ultimate upgrade to a classic appetizer. With the secret ingredient—butter—they turn out incredibly creamy, rich, and irresistible! Perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot sauce (like Tabasco)
  • 2 teaspoons pickle brine or olive brine (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • For garnish: paprika, chopped fresh chives, crispy bacon bits, or caviar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with softened butter until smooth.
  5. Stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, and pickle brine.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Place the egg whites on a serving platter.
  8. Transfer the filling to a piping bag or Ziploc bag with a snipped corner.
  9. Pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
  10. Garnish with paprika, chives, bacon bits, or caviar.
  11. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra creamy filling, use a hand mixer instead of a fork to mash the yolks.
