Non Alcoholic Negroni Mocktail

A bright and bitter mocktail that captures the classic Negroni taste without alcohol, making it a low-calorie and healthier option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic gin
  • 1 oz Lyre’s Rosso (or alternative)
  • 1 oz Lyre’s Orange (or alternative)
  • Orange peel for oils and garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except your garnish) to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 20-30 seconds until chilled and slightly diluted.
  2. Strain over fresh ice.
  3. Take your orange peel and gently twist the strip over the glass to release its oils.
  4. Place it in your glass.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter option, fill half the glass with soda water and the other half with the mocktail to reduce calories and sugar.
