Nutella Cake Bites

Delicious little treats that combine the rich flavor of Nutella with a soft cake texture, perfect for snacks or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Nutella
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with cupcake liners.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and Nutella until smooth.
  4. Add the flour and stir until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until edges are set.
  8. Let them rest in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
  9. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
