- 2 1/2 cups Nutella
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with cupcake liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and Nutella until smooth.
- Add the flour and stir until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Optional: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until edges are set.
- Let them rest in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
