  • 1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or spicy)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Italian sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
