Orange Mocktail

A bright, refreshing mocktail made with fresh orange juice, lemon, mint, and ginger ale, perfect for a festive gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • 1 oz simple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clap the mint in your hands to release the scent, then place in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add orange juice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and simple syrup (if using) to the shaker.
  3. Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake until combined.
  4. Pour into an ice-filled glass and top with ginger ale.
  5. Garnish your orange mocktail with orange slices and mint, or whatever you have available.

Notes

For a diabetic-friendly version, skip the simple syrup or use a sugar-free alternative.
