Ingredients

- 2 oz peach puree
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 6–8 basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 3 oz kombucha or soda water
Instructions
- Place peach puree and lemon juice in your shaker.
- Add the basil leaves and muddle very gently to release the flavors.
- Take the honey and place it in a small dish with half a teaspoon of water, then microwave briefly for about 5 seconds. Stir to create a honey syrup.
- Add the honey syrup to the shaker along with some ice. Secure the lid and shake well.
- Strain the mixture over ice in your glass.
- Top off your mocktail with kombucha or soda water.
- Garnish with edible flowers, fresh basil, or slices of peach.
Notes
Best served chilled. Prepare peach puree and honey syrup in advance for quick assembly.
