Peach Mocktail

A healthy and refreshing faux cocktail with peach puree, fresh basil, and zesty lemon, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz peach puree
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 68 basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 3 oz kombucha or soda water

Instructions

  1. Place peach puree and lemon juice in your shaker.
  2. Add the basil leaves and muddle very gently to release the flavors.
  3. Take the honey and place it in a small dish with half a teaspoon of water, then microwave briefly for about 5 seconds. Stir to create a honey syrup.
  4. Add the honey syrup to the shaker along with some ice. Secure the lid and shake well.
  5. Strain the mixture over ice in your glass.
  6. Top off your mocktail with kombucha or soda water.
  7. Garnish with edible flowers, fresh basil, or slices of peach.

Notes

Best served chilled. Prepare peach puree and honey syrup in advance for quick assembly.
