Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz peach puree
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 6 to 8 basil leaves
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 3 oz kombucha or soda water
Instructions
- Place the peach puree and lemon juice in your shaker.
- Add the basil leaves and muddle very gently to release the flavors.
- In a small dish, place the honey with half a teaspoon of water and microwave very briefly (five seconds maximum).
- Mix the honey with a spoon to create a quick honey syrup.
- Add the honey syrup to the shaker along with some ice.
- Replace the lid and shake well to combine all the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture over ice in a glass.
- Top off with your choice of kombucha for a probiotic boost or soda water for a lighter fizzy drink.
- Garnish with edible flowers, extra basil, or sliced peach for a beautiful presentation.
Notes
Store components separately; the peach puree and honey syrup can last in the fridge for up to three days.
