Peach Mocktail

A refreshing non-alcoholic beverage made with peach puree, lemon juice, and basil, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz peach puree
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 6 to 8 basil leaves
  • 0.5 tsp honey
  • 3 oz kombucha or soda water

Instructions

  1. Place the peach puree and lemon juice in your shaker.
  2. Add the basil leaves and muddle very gently to release the flavors.
  3. In a small dish, place the honey with half a teaspoon of water and microwave very briefly (five seconds maximum).
  4. Mix the honey with a spoon to create a quick honey syrup.
  5. Add the honey syrup to the shaker along with some ice.
  6. Replace the lid and shake well to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Strain the mixture over ice in a glass.
  8. Top off with your choice of kombucha for a probiotic boost or soda water for a lighter fizzy drink.
  9. Garnish with edible flowers, extra basil, or sliced peach for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

Store components separately; the peach puree and honey syrup can last in the fridge for up to three days.
