Ingredients
- Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- Ranch or crème fraîche
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Dill pickles, thinly sliced
- Garlic butter
- Dill or red pepper flakes, for garnish
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Roll out thin strips of pizza dough, each about 1–2 inches wide.
- Spread ranch or crème fraîche on the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the ranch.
- Add thin pickle slices on top of the cheese.
- Gently roll up the dough strip lengthwise and thread it onto a skewer.
- Place the skewers on a parchment-lined tray.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with dill or red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes before baking to prevent burning. Serve with dipping sauces like Spinach Ranch Dip, Garlic Butter Drizzle, Marinara, or Spicy Aioli for added flavor.
