- Dill Pickles
- Cauliflower Crust (optional)
- White Sauce (for cauliflower crust)
- Garlic White Sauce (for sourdough)
- Sourdough Base (optional)
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
- Mini Naan Rounds or Pita (for air-fryer version)
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of ranch or crème fraîche over naan or pita.
- Add shredded mozzarella on top.
- Layer dill pickles over the cheese.
- Bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes for naan or pita, or at 475°F for sourdough until golden.
- For cauliflower crust, pre-bake the crust then spread white sauce, cheese, and pickles before finishing in the oven.
- For mini air-fryer pizzas, spread sauce on small naan rounds, top with cheese and pickles, and air fry at 400°F for 5–7 minutes.
Notes
Ensure pickles are dried well before adding to the crust to prevent excess moisture.
