Pink Salt and Bariatric Seed Ritual Drink for Weight Loss That Changed My Mornings

A 2-minute bariatric-friendly ritual drink combining pink salt, chia, flax, and lemon to support hydration, digestion, and sustainable weight loss habits.

  • Total Time: 7-12 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup warm filtered water (not boiling)
  • ¼ teaspoon fine pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon hulled hemp seeds
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar with mother (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve pink salt and lemon juice in warm water in a heat-safe glass or mason jar.
  2. Add chia, flax, and hemp seeds. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow chia seeds to gel.
  4. Stir in optional honey or apple cider vinegar if using.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach over 10–15 minutes.

Notes

Avoid boiling water to preserve nutrients. Allow chia seeds to fully hydrate. Begin with half portions if you’re new to high-fiber drinks. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
