Instructions
- Warm the water until just comfortably warm, not boiling.
- Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until completely dissolved.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and stir.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach, then wait at least 30 minutes before eating.
Notes
Drink once each morning for 7–10 days. Optional additions: ¼ tsp baking soda or a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra alkalizing and metabolic support.
