Instructions

  2. Once creamy and smooth, beat in the flour until the dough looks crumbly.
  3. Shape the dough into a roll about 14 inches long and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Cut the chilled dough into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Place the slices on ungreased baking sheets, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  9. Cool the cookies on wire racks before serving.
