- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional garnish)
- Chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for serving
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Mix in sour cream, ranch seasoning packet, and mayonnaise (if using).
- Fold in drained spinach until evenly combined.
- Cover and chill at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Transfer to serving bowl, top with cheddar if desired, and serve with dippers.
Notes
For bottled ranch: swap packet, sour cream & mayo for 1 cup bottled ranch plus 4 oz extra cream cheese. Keep spinach very dry to avoid watery dip.
