Instructions
- Thaw spinach completely, then squeeze dry in a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel until no excess moisture remains.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Fold in drained spinach, water chestnuts, and scallions until evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled in a hollowed‑out bread bowl or alongside crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggie sticks.
Notes
