- 1 bottle non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc (or Pinot Grigio, Riesling, or sparkling grape/apple juice)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup elderflower cordial or syrup (or floral tea)
- 1 cup pineapple juice (or orange/grapefruit juice)
- 2 sliced citrus fruits (lime, lemon, orange, or grapefruit)
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries (or seasonal berries)
- Edible flowers (optional)
Instructions
- Add the sliced citrus to a pitcher and muddle gently to release the juices.
- Fill the pitcher with ice and add the elderflower cordial, pineapple juice, and non-alcoholic wine. Stir gently and taste; adjust sweetness with more elderflower or sweetener if needed.
- Add the sliced strawberries and edible flowers if using.
- Serve over ice in wine glasses with extra fruit and edible flowers. If you prefer bubbles, top with a little sparkling water.
Notes
For a lower sugar version, use floral tea instead of syrup and top with sparkling water.
