Ingredients

  • 34 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Cut in the butter and cream cheese until resembling coarse crumbs.
  3. Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until dough forms.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into shapes.
  7. Spoon your desired filling onto the center of each shape.
  8. Fold and crimp edges to seal.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
