Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, banana, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Add oats or flour, baking powder, and salt; pulse until combined.
  4. Fold in diced strawberries.
  5. Let the batter rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
