- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of fine salt
- 1/2 cup dry sugar cookie mix or finely crushed sugar cookies
- Festive sprinkles
Instructions
- Prep the pan by lining an 8-inch square pan with parchment, leaving an overhang for easy lifting. Lightly mist with nonstick spray.
- Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, butter, salt, and dry sugar cookie mix.
- Pour into the prepared pan, add sprinkles on top, and press lightly. Chill for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
- Lift out using the parchment and slice into squares with a warm knife.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. For best texture, let sit out a few minutes before serving.
