Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of fine salt
  • 1/2 cup dry sugar cookie mix or finely crushed sugar cookies
  • Festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prep the pan by lining an 8-inch square pan with parchment, leaving an overhang for easy lifting. Lightly mist with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, butter, salt, and dry sugar cookie mix.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan, add sprinkles on top, and press lightly. Chill for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  5. Lift out using the parchment and slice into squares with a warm knife.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. For best texture, let sit out a few minutes before serving.
