Ingredients
- Your favorite pancake batter (store-bought or homemade)
- Butter (for cooking)
- Maple syrup (for serving)
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Berries (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Peanut butter (optional)
- Powdered sugar (optional)
- Additional toppings like Nutella or jam (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your pancake batter.
- Scoop the batter into a zip-top bag and snip the corner to pipe small circles into a hot nonstick skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
- Repeat until all batter is cooked, keeping pancakes warm in a low oven if necessary.
- Serve in bowls with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Using a thicker batter helps retain the shape of your mini pancakes. Don’t worry if they aren’t perfect circles; the end result will still be delicious!
