- 1 cup strongly brewed black or green tea, chilled
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice or orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or cherry juice
- 1–2 tablespoons simple syrup (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon natural flavor extract (pineapple or vanilla, optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Ice cubes
- Fresh fruit slices (lime, pineapple, orange, cherry) for garnish
Instructions
- Brew tea double-strength using 2 bags in 1 cup hot water; steep 5–7 minutes, then chill completely.
- In a shaker or large glass, combine chilled tea with juices and simple syrup.
- Add flavor extract and pinch of sea salt.
- Shake vigorously or stir to mix well.
- Pour over fresh ice in a tall glass.
- Garnish with lime, pineapple wedge, or cherry.
- Serve cold and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Adjust caffeine strength by using more or less tea or switching between black and green tea. For extra punch, add cherry juice or cranberry juice. Always use chilled tea for best flavor. Fresh juices deliver better taste and nutrients.
