Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh sage leaves for garnish
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Paprika for sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Garnish with fresh sage and thyme leaves and a light sprinkle of paprika.
  5. Serve chilled as an appetizer.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. They do not freeze well.
