  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese, divided
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup blue cheese.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until heated through.
  5. Stir the dip, then sprinkle with remaining blue cheese and sliced scallions.
  6. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden-brown top.
