- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese, divided
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup blue cheese.
- Stir in shredded chicken until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until heated through.
- Stir the dip, then sprinkle with remaining blue cheese and sliced scallions.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden-brown top.
- Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
Notes
For extra heat, add diced jalapeños or an extra splash of hot sauce before baking.
