Instructions
- Melt the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
- Place the Greek yogurt in a food processor or bowl, letting it come to room temperature if cold.
- Quickly pour the melted chocolate into the yogurt and mix until smooth; add any optional ingredients if desired.
- Transfer to an airtight container and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Can be served with various toppings like fresh fruit or granola.
