2-Ingredient Chocolate Pudding

A quick and indulgent chocolate pudding made with just dark chocolate and Greek yogurt for a rich, creamy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Place the Greek yogurt in a food processor or bowl, letting it come to room temperature if cold.
  3. Quickly pour the melted chocolate into the yogurt and mix until smooth; add any optional ingredients if desired.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Can be served with various toppings like fresh fruit or granola.
