- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh guacamole
- 1/4 cup salsa or pico de gallo
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef or chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Prepare the base by placing rice or quinoa in a bowl.
- Layer with cooked protein, black beans, tomatoes, lettuce, and red onions.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
