- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold, diced into small pieces
- 12 oz fresh raspberries
- 11 oz fresh blueberries
- 6 oz fresh blackberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Butter the baking dish to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk well.
- Add cold diced butter and cut it into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Refrigerate the crumb mixture while preparing the berries.
- Rinse the fresh berries and drain them, then transfer to the buttered baking dish.
- Mix together 1/3 cup granulated sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour over the berries and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the berries.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or yogurt for a delightful treat.
