Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup strong lemon balm tea, cooled
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 1 tsp raw honey (to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water, to top (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of lemon balm tea (2 Tbsp fresh leaves or 1 Tbsp dried) and let it cool.
- In a large glass, gently muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves.
- Pour in the cooled lemon balm tea and fresh lemon juice.
- Add apple cider vinegar and honey; stir until the honey dissolves.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water if desired. Garnish with extra cucumber and mint.
Notes
Drink 30 minutes before meals to help appetite control. Variations: add pineapple & coconut water for a tropical twist, or ginger & cayenne for a morning energizer version.
