Vegan Pizza Rolls

Delicious and easy-to-make vegan pizza rolls filled with fresh vegetables and marinara sauce, perfect for parties or a fun meal at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch of pizza dough
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until caramelized. Add the garlic and spinach, cooking until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach and onion mixture on each rectangle, followed by a small dollop of marinara sauce.
  5. Roll the rectangles up tightly and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and are great for freezing.
