Ingredients

- 1 batch of pizza dough
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until caramelized. Add the garlic and spinach, cooking until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and onion mixture on each rectangle, followed by a small dollop of marinara sauce.
- Roll the rectangles up tightly and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and are great for freezing.
