Vegetarian Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • Optional: sliced green onions and tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, and ranch salad dressing mix. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese, rinsed and drained black beans, and chopped mushrooms.
  3. Pour in Buffalo wing sauce and stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 3- or 4-quart slow cooker and spread evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 90 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or crackers.

Notes

Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or frozen for later use.
