- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- Optional: sliced green onions and tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, and ranch salad dressing mix. Stir until smooth.
- Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese, rinsed and drained black beans, and chopped mushrooms.
- Pour in Buffalo wing sauce and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 3- or 4-quart slow cooker and spread evenly.
- Cover and cook on high for 90 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Optional: Sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or crackers.
Notes
Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or frozen for later use.
