Instructions
- Season salmon with dill, caraway seeds, and black pepper; pan-sear until cooked through.
- Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and mustard for dressing.
- Layer greens, rye berries, cucumber, and cabbage in a bowl.
- Top with flaked salmon and pickled beets.
- Drizzle with dressing and garnish with fresh dill.
