Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese and egg. Mix them well until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the mixture onto the parchment and spread it evenly to about half an inch thickness.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is firm.
- Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
