- ¼ teaspoon fine pink Himalayan salt
- ½ fresh lemon, juiced (optional for taste)
- Enhanced version add-ins (optional): ⅛ teaspoon turmeric powder + small pinch black pepper, 1 teaspoon raw honey
Instructions
- Pour the water into a glass.
- Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice. For the enhanced version, whisk in turmeric and black pepper, then raw honey.
- Drink immediately upon waking on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before food or coffee.
