Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 oz non-alcoholic white rum (or substitute)
- 3/4 oz orange juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice (optional)
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat syrup (or substitute)
- 2 dashes bitters (optional)
- 1/2 oz non-alcoholic dark rum (for float, optional)
- Mint + lime for garnish
Instructions
- Add non-alcoholic rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup, and bitters to a shaker with crushed ice. Shake for a few seconds until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and top with more crushed ice.
- Optionally, float non-alcoholic dark rum on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a lime slice.
- For batch instructions, mix ingredients in a pitcher, chill, and serve with crushed ice and optional dark rum.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. The mocktail can be a great choice when you need a refreshing drink quickly.
