- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 ounce package Ranch dressing mix
- 3 ounces prepared bacon bits
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (plus extra for garnish)
- 16 ounces sour cream
- Thinly sliced green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Ranch dressing mix, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix well until blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Uncover, sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top, and add sliced green onions for garnish.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
For a spicier version, add hot sauce or jalapeños. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
