Warm and Cheesy Crack Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ounce package Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 ounces prepared bacon bits
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (plus extra for garnish)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • Thinly sliced green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Ranch dressing mix, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix well until blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  5. Uncover, sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top, and add sliced green onions for garnish.
  6. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

For a spicier version, add hot sauce or jalapeños. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
