- 2 circular watermelon slices
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon in half widthwise using a sharp knife.
- Place one half on its side and cut 1-inch thick circular slices.
- Shape the slices into Christmas trees by cutting each into six or eight equal pieces, removing the rind.
- Pat the shaped pieces dry with a paper towel.
- Fill a piping bag with Greek yogurt and pipe decorations onto the trees.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days.
