Watermelon Limeade
4 cups fresh watermelon chunks
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1–2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
Optional: mint leaves, sparkling water, ice
Blend watermelon until smooth; strain if desired.
Stir in lime juice and honey.
Chill and serve over ice. Garnish with mint and lime.
For a sparkling version, top with club soda.
Store in fridge for up to 2–3 days.
