Easy Green Bean Casserole

A quick and warm side dish made with green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and crispy onions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the green beans and half of the French fried onions to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining French fried onions.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes
